Change and return policy
Terms and conditions for product change:
Your request can be made if the request for change is made no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the package, the product is in its original condition without damage, the manufacturer’s labels have not been removed and there is the original packaging . If the above conditions apply, follow the following procedure:
- Contact us by phone at 2843061602 or by email at drys@outlook.com informing us about change request.
- The change can be made with any other product of your choice, of equal or greater value.
- Return the product for change to the cooperating courier company at the recipient’s expense.
- After we receive your product we send the product you have requested.
Right of Withdrawal and terms and conditions for product return:
Based on European and Greek legislation, you can withdraw from any order from our online store within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. The product must be in its original condition without being damaged.

- After we receive the product, we will refund you according to the payment method you used.
Terms and conditions for replacement of a defective product:
Wood Horizon assumes full responsibility for the possible placement of a defective product in your order and proceeds to its free replacement if the update is made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. The procedure is as follows:

- The defective product is returned with the cooperating courier company at the recipient’s expense.
- After we receive your product we send another product of your choice without defects or refund
