Methods and cost of shipping
Shipping charges
Orders are placed via Speedex shipping. Transportation costs are € 2.2 up to 2 kg weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to 0.8 €. In case of COD shipping the price is € 4 (€ 2.2 shipping costs + € 1.8 cash on delivery). For other additional shipping services, the corresponding amount is added to the initial amount (2.2 €).
Additional charges:
- Pay on delivery: 1.8€
- Remote areas of Thessaloniki: 3€
- Remote / inaccessible areas: 6-9€
Availability
Please note that we execute your order according to our available stocks and that the mentioned product availability is indicative and not binding. In case one of our products is not available in our stock, we undertake to contact you by e-mail within 2 working days from the date of the order, informing you of the deadline within which the product can be delivered to you or for the complete lack of this product.
